Accommodation

There  are no hotels close to the conference venue.  The participants are responsible for their room reservation.

Rooms in hotels listed are available up to the dates specified below. Please note that after this dates, rooms will be confirmed upon availability and there might be a price difference.

Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons

The Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons is 4-star hotel outside the city center. This hotel will arrange transport from/to the conference venue. If trying to walk to or from the conference venue, be aware that a part is through a narrow path shared with cars. Walking takes around 20 minutes. The conference dinner on Tuesday will take place in this hotel. Reservations can be made here. The block of rooms is reserved until March 8. (Note that the offer for triple rooms is available for students only. Extra bed will be set up in a double room.)

City Hotel Ljubljana

The City Hotel Ljubljana is 3-star hotel in the city center. Participants can go to the conference venue on foot (50 minutes) or by public transport. Inquiries and reservations can be made contacing the hotel at reservations@cityhotel.si with the keyword EuroCG2015. The block of rooms is reserved until March 1, 2015.

Pri Mraku Hotel

The Pri Mraku Hotel is a smaller 3-star hotel in the city center. Participants can go to the conference venue on foot (40 minutes) or by public transport. For reservations use the following form. A block of 8 rooms is reserved until February 28, 2015.

Hotel Emonec

The Hotel Emonec is a 2-star hotel in the city center. Participants can go to the conference venue on foot (45 minutes) or by public transport. Inquiries and reservations can be made contacing the hotel hotelemonec@siol.net with the keyword EuroCG2015. The block of rooms is reserved until February 16, and a smaller block until March 1, 2015.
